I knew of Mike's from visiting Indianapolis over the years and always wished we had something similar in the area. I was very happy to have Mike's expand into this area. I know that Mike's have been here for some time now, but in all honesty they still seem to be suffering from growing pains. When I have gone here, there never seems to be more than two staff members and I have noticed hiccups from time to time that seem to be from lack of experience. They primarily operate off the monthly option, trying to steer all custom... read more

My first time getting a wash. Not very satisfied since the white marker they use was still on the Carwash after leaving and parts of dirt still on as well. For the amount charged, I would probably visit a different car wash.

I grew up going to Mike's in my parents' cars and trucks in Northern Indiana. Was so excited when they came to Louisville several years ago. Love that everyone who works at Mike's is very courteous and waves with a smile at you in your car as your car is going into the wash. Always like to smell of my car after the wash and the car trash bags they provide. Keep up the great work!

I'm excited to have this car wash open in Middletown now. This is our first time trying a Mike's Carwash. I like that they have in-person service like the chic fil a drive through

Friendly staff, car wash rocks, and it's in a great location. If I could make a recommendation for improvement it would be to offer towels and window cleaner for use at the car wash instead of paying for it.

I paid for the Ceramic Ultimate wash, but there is no beading on my car and the light-up sign at the exit did not indicate that I had received what I paid for. Further, there was no rinse after the soaping. The rinse mechanism just dribbled rather than jetted and suds were left on my car. I had to rinse it again when I got home. Dishonest business! If there are issues with the mechanism, close down until they are fixed. I won't be back.

Very pushy staff. The employee working outside was worse than a used car salesman. I told him multiple times that I wasn't interested in the discount sheet and that I was only there for a single wash, but he kept insisting I take it because his boss wants them handed out. When I said I would just throw it away, he pointed to the trash can and told me to go there--then still shoved it in with my receipt. Completely unnecessary and uncomfortable interaction for something as simple as a car wash. I won't be returning. There are... read more

This company is horrible! Their car wash has caused damage on both my mom's car ($800) and mine. I filed a claim and they denied that they were at fault. I will not use this car wash again!
