I was a long time customer of Mike's Car Wash . Well my mirror broke going through the car wash last week , I heard it crack , and they refused to pay for it.

Friendly staff, less than satisfactory results, at least for my car. Everytime I go through the wash, ugly streaks are left on my back window. Every single time. The rinse and dry is not effective. I probably would not have even posted this, except that I just had my car washed at the dealership, and wow, what a difference. My car actually looked good after I wash, not like when I go through Mike's.

Terrible experience. Poor communication and 0 guidance led to our front bumper being broken and truck being deeply scratched. Our claim was summarily dismissed by an impersonal form letter. After we followed up, manager insisted we should have magically known that they were ready for us to go through and therefore it was entirely our fault. A search online shows that many people have issues with Mike's damaging cars.

Paid $20.00 for the ultimate wash. Exited and turned right to use the vacuums and guess what? You have to pay again to use the vacuums! $20.00 and then have to pay for a vac. You must be laughing all the way to the bank Mike.

I recently went back to get my car washed, on the free wash that they gave me because of the other one being so bad. Again the same thing as happened they left white spots all over my car. this time they did not bend my license plate, I'm not quite sure what the big deal is about this car wash it seems to be a little lower than average and a bit higher than average price! I stand behind my two star rating because they did wash the dirt off my car but left it covered in white spots , so much for the spot free rinse!!!!!

Went to Mike's car wash on Monday night 4/23/18 and they had a malfunction and my car went off the conveyor. It broke my rear washer blade. They were trying to blame me by saying I turned the wheel and sent me through it again and same thing happened. I was so mad. The manager who was about 20 yrs old and was incredibly rude. I am never ever going back there again!!!

i have used this car wash on many different vehicles. i had been satisfied until i noticed scratches along the top, rear corner of my suv roof line when wiping it down. when i pointed them out to worker he just stood there and then walked away. he didn't even offer to try and get them out. pathetic way to do business. watch your vehicle closely.

This place is a joke. Mikes wants to keep raising their prices and be the most expensive car wash in the area but they can't even keep their stuff working. Their card readers at the vacuums have never worked, every time you want to vacuum your car have fun driving around to 5 different ones to find one that works. If it does work good luck having the nozzle stay on while using it. And forget their bill breaking machine I'm pretty sure I've never seen it working, it's always "out of currency". My granddaughter visited your Mishawaka location and told them she wanted the 10 minute oil change. That should have been $24.99 before tax, instead she gets an 8 point inspection and a free car wash totalling her $54, Big jump. She didn't ask for the inspection therefore she shouldn't have paid of it. Give the customer what they ask for and no more. Shame on you.
