I recently went back to get my car washed, on the free wash that they gave me because of the other one being so bad. Again the same thing as happened they left white spots all over my car. this time they did not bend my license plate, I'm not quite sure what the big deal is about this car wash it seems to be a little lower than average and a bit higher than average price! I stand behind my two star rating because they did wash the dirt off my car but left it covered in white spots , so much for the spot free rinse!!!!!

Went to Mike's car wash on Monday night 4/23/18 and they had a malfunction and my car went off the conveyor. It broke my rear washer blade. They were trying to blame me by saying I turned the wheel and sent me through it again and same thing happened. I was so mad. The manager who was about 20 yrs old and was incredibly rude. I am never ever going back there again!!!

i have used this car wash on many different vehicles. i had been satisfied until i noticed scratches along the top, rear corner of my suv roof line when wiping it down. when i pointed them out to worker he just stood there and then walked away. he didn't even offer to try and get them out. pathetic way to do business. watch your vehicle closely.

This place is a joke. Mikes wants to keep raising their prices and be the most expensive car wash in the area but they can't even keep their stuff working. Their card readers at the vacuums have never worked, every time you want to vacuum your car have fun driving around to 5 different ones to find one that works. If it does work good luck having the nozzle stay on while using it. And forget their bill breaking machine I'm pretty sure I've never seen it working, it's always "out of currency". My granddaughter visited your Mishawaka location and told them she wanted the 10 minute oil change. That should have been $24.99 before tax, instead she gets an 8 point inspection and a free car wash totalling her $54, Big jump. She didn't ask for the inspection therefore she shouldn't have paid of it. Give the customer what they ask for and no more. Shame on you.

Mikes is nice enough to give you extra soap to take home! They haven't once rinsed it all off. I'll pay an extra $1 and head up the road.

Em. J, Don't be fooled by the smiles. I worked there as a manager for 2.5 years, and the employees are forced to do that. They are also forced to wave and say Thank you a certain amount of times. The employees get in trouble if they aren't doing these things and the company also has "Secret Shoppers" come through that have a checklist and if they see you aren't doing these things, you get marked, and its EXTREMELY easy to fail. This carwash left spots all over my car on two different visits. Very disappointed. Also, it seems like a lot of people get their vehicle damaged there. I always see an employee with a clipboard walking around the car with the owner making notes. Be careful.
