Dependent upon how they are if and when they ever show up will determine if their rating will get better. We bought a house and it had a brand new furnace put a week before we moved in, well it's suppose to be hooked up to the air conditioning but they didn't. So we called to ask them why and they wouldn't come fix it unless we payed them more money.
