Sculpsure machine didn’t stay on. I had to manually hold the hoses for the whole session. Staff was nice but I don’t think I’ll come back with the prices
Tried too hard to upsell. Waited 15 min.
Small, poorly decorated, feels very unwelcoming. Woman doing the facial was not focused, damaged my skin. It will not be hard to find better places. Will never go back.

- The facial had several steps fewer than all facials I have had. It was the least satisfying facials I've ever had. Was it because that's how they treat Groupon customers? If they intended on using Groupon to attract new customers, then they did not gain me as a new customer. - Thinking that it's a legitimate business, I did not think of asking if all their estheticians were vaccinated, I should have. the worse spa experience I ever encountered. The customer service provided by Najla was atrocious. She has zero friendliness in her bones. very snob. She didn't introduce herself, Didn't have a conversation while doing my treatment, it felt like she was rushing. she didn't even bother showing me the exit. Extremely disappointed. the receptionist was super nice and friendly. never coming back here
I’ve been getting Botox treatments at other salons since 2014. This was my first visit to Milani, and the first time I’ve ever been left with bruising and tenderness across my forehead. Perhaps she was in a hurry due to an unexpected scheduling conflict she encountered, but I doubt I will be going back. As for bedside manner, be prepared to be told you look “way older than I thought”.
I felt as though she did my forehead and my chin, but not any other part of my face.
