The customer service is outstanding, they let me test ride multiple bikes to make sure I was happy with the model I choose, no other dealer would do this for me! Worth the trip to Parker if you have special needs in purchasing a bigger or totally different bike than you have been riding. Love them for this! I went from a Dyna to a Street Glide.

From start to finish, the whole process was great. Doug was patient with my questions, and as a new rider with my first bike purchase, I felt at ease. The community was wonderful, employees and the customers as well, so welcoming and supportive.

I was looking in multiple states for the bike I wanted, the 2022 CVO Road Glide Limited in Dantes Red Fade color. The salesperson, Jared, was great to work with. Two other dealers I was working with were poor at following up. But Jared kept reaching out to me, letting me know when the bike arrived and how to put a hold on it until I could travel from Arizona to pick it up. The dealership promised it to me while two others sold it out from under me. Jared and Mile High in Parker, CO were solid and trustworthy. Thank you!!!

Everyone involved in the whole buying process is super cool. No one was pushy. They don’t feel like sales people. They really take the time to see what your looking for and help you understand what is going to be the best for you. Doug and Adam were amazing to work with!
