After a bad experience with the aurora store earlier in the morning, I contacted the Parker store and worked with Joey. Not only did he understand the problem we had prior, but he worked hard to ensure we had the absolute best service and left with the perfect bike. Everyone in the Parker location was amazing and welcoming. The finance guy, Adam, was also amazing! Very cut and dry and didn’t hold anything back while not forcing anything. I traveled an hour to pick up this bike and it was worth every minute. Thank you guys!
