Jarrod Campbell Jarrod did an outstanding job answering all of our questions about the car the day we picked up the Equinox. My question was, "show me how to open the tailgate using your foot". Jarrod attempted the procedure with no success. Then he checked inside the car to make sure the necessary switch was on. It was. Trouble Free I have had the most pleasurable buying and service experiences with Miles Chevrolet. I feel I have been treated fairly and with Respect at all times. The sales staff and the service staff have always been courteous and informative. Any questions I have had have been answered clearly and straight forward so I understand and am aware of the product or issue. Great place to deal with!!

Mr. Bob Hammond I had an oil change and tire rotation performed on 2015 Chevy Malibu. Service was performed in a timely manner and entire staff was courteous and professional.
First maintenance on new vehicle Came in for first oil change since purchasing my vehicle. Appointment was easy to set up. Greeted when I got to service center. Waiting area very welcoming. Had doughnuts and coffee in waiting area. The wait was about right for service. First oil change and maintenance was free. Thanked me when I left.

My 2018 Chevy Malibu LT I purchased my car new from Miles at the beginning of this year. I had the last of my 2 free oil changes/service appointments just recently. My experiences at Miles have been great so far. Everyone has been exceptional, from Sales to Service. I have no complaints!
