Jarrod Campbell Jarrod did an outstanding job answering all of our questions about the car the day we picked up the Equinox. My question was, "show me how to open the tailgate using your foot". Jarrod attempted the procedure with no success. Then he checked inside the car to make sure the necessary switch was on. It was. He attempted the demo again and still no luck so he checked the manual. Attempting his "tailgate kick" several times still didn't work.
