Highly Disappointed in Jarrod Campbell I traded my 2017 Chevy in July of 2023, and Jarrod Campbell was supposed to order a new 2024 Chevy from GM for me. For over 3 months I heard nothing from him, assuming my car was being factory-made and would be arriving. When I called him to ask about the progress of my car, I found out the order was "not picked up" by GM, and my car was not being built!! At no point had he ever told me this for months. Lack of service Made a appointment with service department. They did not bother to call me when vehicle was ready, I had to call them at 4:00 pm. They did not mention they close at 5:00 pm. Dealership hours posted were 6pm. No mention that service dept closed at 5pm.

If your of color you might want to buy elsewhere! 01/19/19 I went to miles to purchase a 2018 Silverado. Before going to miles I was aware of my uaw and caterpillar discount that Miles offers. The salesman told me his life story about being divorced, building race cars, etc. Nothing he was talking about was in regard to the truck I wanted to purchase.
