Oil change service I'm still waiting on my call back with a quote for new tires. I guess you don't want to sell me some tires.,

Oil change is not a topic for a survey... It was an oil change, not a big deal, and not worth the hassle of filling out a survey. It is ridiculous that this is sent after each visit.

Carolynn It's hard for me to fully trust the repair/maintenance part. We had an experience with them before when they said they done something but didn't. I would like to be able to watch them add additives to the oil, transmission type stuff. They charge an outrageous price, but how do you know they really done it. If they lie once about a minor thing....hard to believe they wouldn't lie about a major thing also. The person was suppose to have been talked to, but hard to trust this now

Poor workmanship take no responsibility attitude Repairs caused more problems due to the ineptness of the dealership.

What's supposed t go here? No instructions. When I purchased the car 4 yrs. ago my only dissatisfaction was the hard-sell I got to purchase an extended warranty. It almost cost the dealership the sale.
