Another Great Purchase This is the second new car purchase that I have done online and it is the second time that I have had a great experience. My first purchase was a Prius when gas got to about $4/gallon and this time it was a Volt when gas is looking to go over that to maybe $5/gallon this year. I have driven over 600 miles in my new Volt and I have almost doubled my MPG over the Prius. Makes me wonder why I ever purchased the Prius! Happy Happy Happy!!! We were extremly pleased with Miles Cheverolet and their staff. Jeff Platt came into work a half hour early on Christmas Eve so we could look at the preowned cadillac that we were interested in. We also enjoyed how Dan Perry negotiated with the manager to get the car in our price range. Then when we got to the paperwork Bob Frazier was looking out for us wth the best interest rate and warranty. Great place to go We were in the market for a Tahoe and contacted Miles Chevrolet and spoke with their internet director Jeff. He took the time out of his day to not only tell us about the vehciles, but to bring 2 that he had in inventory out to my house to look at. We ended up purchasing our Tahoe from Jeff and are extremely happy. Will definatly do business with them again.

Great used selection Great place for a used auto. I drove 311 miles to buy my 2006 Nissan Armada and was impressed with the giant indoor showroom of used inventory. The Nissan's condition was perfect! THANKS MILES.

Miles Chevrolet..the place to go My family and I recently visited Miles Chevrolet looking for a vehicle for our recently college graduated daughter. Miles staff went out of thier way to answer all of our questions and were concerned about the safety aspects of the car. They took the time to bring in all the vehicles we were intested in into their heated indoor show room and explained all the features. We are told that there? We are told that there?s nothing they can do to fix our car. What a shame. It is their job to fix any car they sell at their dealership and not tell a customer that they can?t order the needed parts.

Highly Disappointed in Jarrod Campbell I traded my 2017 Chevy in July of 2023, and Jarrod Campbell was supposed to order a new 2024 Chevy from GM for me. For over 3 months I heard nothing from him, assuming my car was being factory-made and would be arriving. When I called him to ask about the progress of my car, I found out the order was "not picked up" by GM, and my car was not being built!! At no point had he ever told me this for months.
