Lack of service Made a appointment with service department. They did not bother to call me when vehicle was ready, I had to call them at 4:00 pm. They did not mention they close at 5:00 pm. Dealership hours posted were 6pm. No mention that service dept closed at 5pm.

If your of color you might want to buy elsewhere! 01/19/19 I went to miles to purchase a 2018 Silverado. Before going to miles I was aware of my uaw and caterpillar discount that Miles offers. The salesman told me his life story about being divorced, building race cars, etc. Nothing he was talking about was in regard to the truck I wanted to purchase. Miles Chevrolet Too much pressure and not enough explanation was pressured in the MPP was not impressed with the service I was given.
Poor workmanship take no responsibility attitude Repairs caused more problems due to the ineptness of the dealership.
