Best apartment i have ever lived in!! Always answer they phones when i called, they are very nice and helpful Each time I come into the office, the maintenance man always is helpful and have a quick turnaround time for them.
Just look at the photo. Management is nice, but the overall cost effectiveness 2/5: thin walls, first floor has carpet because otherwise it would be too cold.
We're renting an apartment here and have been dealing with Kayla. She is very professional and has been very helpful with the leasing process. The property is beautiful and in a great location.
I have been living here in the Miller Creek Apartment Homes for 3 yrs. The apartment I live in is the best. The rooms are large and the Master bedroom bath is really nice. I love the closet space throughout the apartment. The kitchen area with the stainless steel refrigerator stove and dishwasher is beautiful. I enjoy cooking in my kitchen. Do you want to know how hard and difficult it is to search for a rental property when you live in another state...like Hawaii? Yeah, enter hubby and myself. We were living in Hawaii (Honolulu) and trying to find an apartment when we found out were going to be moving to Memphis. Do you know how much fun that is? if you live in MEMPHIS this is the place to go! the only reason we are not there is we moved to Florida.. other wise i would live out my days there. The staff, Eric Smith, Shana, Shelby, Andreah, Chessi,kenny, Chris, and more just the bomb we were there only a short time sarah beth and erin were there.. but they too were... helpful understanding.. I wish I could rate a 0. There's only a couple of things that are good to say about this complex 1st is It's near everything a person would like to do (shop and eat) and 2nd the Maintenance crew is good here but other than that nothing else good to say. Lived there for 4 years moved in the year before Covid-19 hit. Maintenance crew is great, front office is terrible. They will finesse every single $ they can out of you, without any probable cause. They made multiple mistakes on their end during my move out process and charged me for them. Didn't offer me any of the final services they're supposed to, yet charged me for them. Still adding bs charges to my ledger every week. Stay away from this place. The lots were full when I first moved in, now it's lucky to be half full. Miller Creek has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been paying rent for 3 months now and unable to live in the apartment due to safety concerns. I had reason to believe someone was entering my apartment without my consent on multiple occasions. When it escalated to me having the police out, I went to the office for help. Because I don't have video proof they were not able to give me any options other than changing my locks (I had things moved around, curtains opened, blinds opened, etc) .
