On August 29, 2023 I went to Miller Toyota to possibly purchase a 4-runner. At first the customer service seemed decent. Until I asked to test drive a vehicle that I was interested in buying. The salesman said that I’m not allowed to test drive the vehicle. You did drive a 4Runner Limited at our dealership and commented many times that it had “no ass”, just like the one you had driven elsewhere. This is a review of their used car sales. What a slimeball operation! I went in to test drive a used Toyota. I've test driven many cars in my life. Some basic information (like a drivers license) and off you go. These guys made me sit there for 30 minutes while they were "doing paperwork to get approval" for me to test drive this car. Finally the guy asks me to sign a Buyer's Order to test drive. I said no, that makes no sense, I'm just here for a test drive. He says this is just an approval for a test drive. I was very surprised with my experience this evening when I stopped by to test drive a 2020 Toyota RAV4 Limited. The receptionist up front was very friendly, prompt, and immediately directed me to a salesperson. The salesperson never introduced himself; however, asked how he could help. Eran igual pero sin sunroof y mi esposo les dijo que lo quería con sunroof. Cuando habíamos firmado y nos dimos cuenta. No quisieron deshacer el contrato a pesar que no nos llevamos el carro.
