Not the best experience! My husband and I bought a RAV2019 but the salesman (Mr. Jose Prado) needs more training regarding how to provide a good customer service experience, he looks upset and had horrible attitude! Paid to have an oil change and tire rotation for my truck. After paying and coming out to my truck I inspected the tires and saw they were never roatated. The rear tires were never brought up to the front. I talked to the service writer and after he went and talked to the mechanic I was informed they don't do tire rotations for after market tires. We've spent the last several weeks trying to work with the General Manager, Ken Shepherd, because the truck my husband purchased from Miller Toyota and has had serviced at Miller Toyota now has a hole in the frame. Toyota had offered a warranty program for an undercoating spray and we never received their mailed notices. Appalled to hear of the treatment that one of our neighbors has received from your dealership and your GM this week. We are also miller Toyota customers as are several of our neighbors and you've left a terrible impression on many of us. You should've made things right instead of banning them from your dealership! What kind of customer service is that?!!! You can add us to the list, we will take our business elsewhere.
$600 dollars to fix a $70 part on an item that has been recalled....that is called a RIP OFF! Also the use of scare tactics, for example,"radiator empty" wait really!!!! No problem with the radiator. I own a prius with 285,000 miles on it. Soon it will be time to buy a new one. Definitely will not buy it from RIP OFF MILLER!
