Very Comfortable and Professional Environment! I was really happy with the level of care and attention Gentle Dentist showed me this morning. This was my first time ever going to their dental office (West 2nd Street) and I will definitely be going back for as long as I live in Bloomington. The staff was very helpful, polite and professional, and my dentist was very thorough but also respectful of my concerns and needs as a patient. I am very happy with Gentle Dentist!

We love this dentist! Today I went in to have some fillings done, was a little nervous at first, but after a few minutes I was totally comfortable! The girls in the front are all so sweet! The hygentist and Dr M was amazing. They tell you exactly what they are going to do before they do it, and explain why, and ask if you have any questions. I'm am NOT a fan of shots, at all, and could not believe when he said he was done. I didn't feel a thing! They truely live up to their name gentle dentist! Great service, again!!!! I was very pleased with my services today. I was called back within 5 minutes after arrival and was immediately tended to. I had a long procedure and all of the staff made sure I was comfortable and they communicated each step to me. I remained comfortable and pain free throughout the procedure. I feel very secure and that I am in good hands at Gentle Dentist. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Regular cleaning I've been going to this office for years; the entire staff is wonderful. They are efficient, gentle and take great care of my teeth. I have different types of issues with my teeth that does require work beyond regular cleanings. This office works with me to balance the care that is needed, insurance coverage and my finances. I really appreciate their upbeat attitude and ready smiles.

All staff members were very friendly and attentive. They were knowledgeable about their work and environment, efficient and professional. There was no wait for the appt. I had a first time patient exam and x-rays. The dentist was very thorough explaining things and showing me the x rays as he talked. Plan options were discussed and follow up procedure schedules and estimate of charges were given for the various treatment options. Employees wore gloves appropriately and washed their hands often! Friendly and Gentle I appreciated the calmness that I heard in their voices. They brought me a blanket, gave me time adjust. I really felt like they cared for me.
