IT was great, as usual. Came in for x-rays and cleaning. I got in almost immediately, Morgan took x-rays and began cleaning. Everyone I came in contact with was very polite and helpful. This is a business run by professionals and it shows in the type of service and treatment you get as a customer. I have never been disapointed in the way I was treated by Gentle Dentist staff.
WONDERFUL!!! Morgan and Becky are both terrific - very personable and professional! Both dentist are also great!!
They are so nice Everyone is really friendly and willing to answer questions and work with you to get things set up. I never feel like I'm being judged when I go, and if I'm nervous it is because of my own fears dealing with medical things because the staff is really supportive and nice about everything.
Great experience Everyone in the office was super nice and professional yet relaxed. Made both my 5yr old and myself feel comfortable and welcome. They really went the extra mile to make my daughter feel at home and made her smile :-) I would definitely recommend this office to my friends.
Good customer service I have always received friendly and professional service from the staff and doctors at this location. My cleanings have been relaxed and easy, and they have been able to identify and help me with problems before they become serious. Earlier this year I had two fillings replaced and it turned out the batch of filling material they'd received was bad, and so the fillings came out on their own.
