There was a misunderstanding with the time of my appointment and I was worked in so I did not have to come back later in the day.
Becki is the best hygienist. She's professional, sweet and friendly. Always asks how I'm doing while I'm having my cleaning done. Dr. Daniel Millikan is awesome! I've had a lot of work done recently especially with dental implants and he has made me feel at ease and comfortable. I highly recommend Bloomington Gentle Dentist!
When my filling came out while flossing after only a year, I was upset and questioned the quality of work that had been done. I was really pleased with the professionalism and great customer service when I went in to have it corrected. They removed any excess filling and fixed me right up at no charge! I highly recommend Gentle Dentist to anyone looking!

They are very dishonest, not professional, and very rude. So I got a letter in the mail saying that I was rude and don't trust them so they released me from their dentist. Well I feel they are the ones who were rude. Let me explain to you what I mean. Over & over & over again for the pass 1.5 years, I have been continuously having to get my crown replaced because the crowns they put in my mouth keeps falling out or get chipped . Dentist very general and most of staff very helpful During my appointment I had many procedures done therefore; it lasted 2 1/2 hours. The dentist was as always professional and kind. The assistant he had with him however was a bit unhelpful when it came to communication with myself and my family who were waiting in the lobby. She was suppose to allow my wife to come back when I finished receiving my numbing medication, so we could communicate about the procedures I was receiving and some billing issues. NTI ? Was it broken...turned out - no. I felt pretty silly but all professionals and office staff were very gracious. I also learned how to avoid such a situation again.
