Hmm. What could Minari improve? Well, everything. Paying $600 for lot rent with absolutely no amenities except a run down trailer they call a "club house". New parking rules that visitors MUST park in your driveway without any tires touching pavement or they will be towed. Tenants parking in front for mere minutes getting towed. New management is very discombobulated. DO BETTER FOR YOUR TENANTS. ZERO STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
