Dr.Desai has changed our lives for the better. Having a family member with mental illness has been traumatic and difficult to manage. Thankfully, we have found Dr.Desai to help us control symptoms. Mindpath is horrible!!!! They didn’t insert my new insurance info and they went into my bank and took over 500$. They said they will refund if the bills were paid by my insurance. I talked to my insurance and they said they never got a bill from them. My insurance had tried to reach out to them many times. They never returned my call nor wanting to help me. These bills are going into collections and I cannot have this on my credit!!!!
Mindpath Health routinely deducts outrageous amounts from people's bank accounts without so much as a statement (online or on paper) to justify the charges. Their Better Business Bureau ratings are "F" and "D" because so many patients have complained about them stealing money out of their bank accounts, and Mindpath does not return the funds nor do they respond to BBB complaints. I just want everyone to be aware - IF YOU SEE MINDPATH HEALTH, RUN! I cannot believe how incredibly rude and incompetent Mindpath Health is today. They took over Community Psy and, although the doctors are still good, the office is HORRIBLE! They are incredibly rude and haughty. I hope they never get anyone with stress related illness - your office would drive them crazy.
Impossible to get appointment or refill after initial consultation. Should lose their license.
I'm not impressed. The nurse practitioner was 7 minutes late to our video appointment. Then I had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times. She made little to no eye contact. My doctor recently passed away and I had to find a new office as there was a deadline to have my records transferred. Due to this and the lack of sufficient psychiatrists in the area I tried these idiots. I was told over a year ago when I first started seeing my provider that I was in network and shouldn’t have a copay. Now over a year later I received a bill for over $900 due to all my visits the past year. I was not informed at any time by my provider that there was a balance. The online account page does not show there is any balance. I’m just expected to have this much money even though I was told I wouldn’t owe. Absolutely ridiculous. Find assistance from literally anywhere other than here.
Scam. Told me their service was free with my insurance. Now I have nearly $2000 of bills from services I had 2 years ago. No notification until just now.
I had an appointment schedule 3-4 weeks out after booking it with their reps, provided my insurance, got all the information set up. Received a confirmation email 2 days prior to my appointment. Left work 4 hours early to make sure I was available. It is zoom, wanted to be at home in privacy. Logged into my zoom and no one showed.
