Honestly, I wish they never took over my old practice. It lacks any personal touch and truly makes you feel like you are a "customer" and not a patient. I have been trying to change my email (which you can't do on your own) for over a month now and have been unable to get any response or contact. I have used their phone queue system 3 times and have yet to receive a callback. I am currently 6th in the queue and have been on hold for roughly 30 mins. Worst healthcare experiences I have ever had.
