Great experience Given the circumstances of COVID, the experience was wonderful and easy. Staff was friendly. I did think I was going to purchase as x1, and Sheraz was excellent in hearing my needs and recommended the x2, which was a better fit for me and I am very happy with it. He was also helpful in coordinating the return or my lease car (Honda), which was challenging to figure out during these times with the Honda dealership.
Great service, excellent buying experience. First time buying out of state was an experience, but Herb Chambers helped me be the champion of the process. Great dealer and I would recommend to anyone!
A Professional and a Gentleman I have leased 2 BMW's through Herb Chambers, and bought/financed two more outside. I have had to come to this dealership for service a number of times. Service service service Recently purchased a 530 and had the best dealer experience. Car was driven to my homework test drive and inspection with no obligation. Negotiated a great price, took my Audi that was 3 months from lease end. Everything that was promised was delivered, no hidden charges, great follow through.
