Nick and Giovanni made it extremely easy I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted and the buying experience was smooth and seamless. Given the COVID situation, I selected the vehicle online and worked out the price with Nick and Giovanni over email. Once at the dealership to complete the paperwork and pick up the vehicle, I think I was in and out in 30 minutes. And can I say how much I love my vehicle? I'm a first time BMW buyer and finally understand what it's all about. Best car I've ever owned...

My salesman, Kevin Bugbee was extremely experienced, knew the product very well and was able to put together the deal I desired. Lastly and most importantly, Kevin worked with me through the Covid shutdown and was very accommodating. I've been a longtime customer of Herb Chambers BMW of Boston and Kevin is certainly the best salesman I've worked with. I will definitely use him again in the future.
I purchased a car from Herb Chambers during Covid-19.... I purchased a car from Herb Chambers during Covid-19. They made the experience easy and safe. Kevin was terrific; he's extremely knowledgeable and patient. He delivered the car to my home and didn't leave until we went through the car's features, programmed some things into the car, and he even synced the car to my garage door openers (no easy task, as it turned out!). I highly recommend Kevin and Herb Chambers.
Used Mini purchase. Overall I was satisfied with my experience buying a used mini Cooper. The car was delivered to me in Maine which was convenient. The only criticism I have, which was very frustrating, is that the car arrived with license plate holders that I could not use. The front and rear holders came without the necessary bolts to secure the plate. Since I was not able to install the plates I was not able to drive the car. Love my car Purchasing a car during Covid-19 proved challenging, but the staff at Herb Chambers helped to make the experience easy. David Lopez and David Torres were extremely helpful and patient with a lot of phone questions. No pressure when I visited for test drive and very informative about extended warranty options.

The finance department was a bit aggressive with pushing the warranties and added stuff but were still friendly and comforting.
