Great and courteous service. Service appointment was conveniently made and promptly confirmed by the dealership. Princeton Mini/BMW provides free Wi-Fi (and coffee) in the waiting room, which was a real convenience. Overall this appointment for routine maintenance service was excellent.
First time visit for service as I bought the mini at a dealer in PA, but job change put Princeton Mini near work. Treated very well, service tech listened to problems and concerns and talked thru possible scenarios. Called with full description of problem and recommended service. No pressure to do all items at same time. Service handled with professionalism and courtesy throughout, work done perfectly and on time. Have two minis and hope to add third and would without a doubt look to Princeton Mini to supply it.
First I'd say look at the date of the most recent posts. It seems they've made some changes at Princeton Mini. Rob Morris was very courteous (no relation to me by the way) got drinks for my kids, was patient when they ran amok in the place, etc. Other staff I came across were very friendly. When you first go in here they kill you with kindness and then they want the sale which was fine by us but we wanted what they had, but the salesman offered us all kinds of things that were not included with my car and a week after the sale was complete I would call and my calls went to his voice mail and after calling daily for a week he NEVER returned my calls. Ok if you could not come thru with what you offered me just say so! Dont be POOR salesman that does not return a phone call.

This dealership is so beyond awful I could write a book. The sales people are liars. My salesperson sold me my car under the impression that I was getting all of the upgraded amenities- i.e. run flat tires. Needless to say AFTER I signed the lease, all of his lies came out. I was given a completely different car than I was talked into. I tried contacting the dealership and the "Manager" - and I use that term EXTREMELY loosely, does nothing but engage in a verbal altercation with you. This place is an absolute joke. 1. I had an extended warranty that came with the car when I bought it. I needed new brakes for my car, which was covered by the warranty. Princeton Mini told me my warranty had expired. Luckily I checked my copy of the contract, which revealed it was not expired at all. 2. I had the low tire pressure light come on and was told they checked for a leak and I was told by Mini Service there was none. Don't Bother Going Here - Recently my husband and I wanted to purchase a 2013 Mini Turbo - we had a 2009 mini to trade in. When we arrived at the dealer the sales team and others were sitting on the desks eating food somewhat disinterested in customers. The sales manager introduced me to the person I had been speaking with on the phone. Princeton Mini is the worst dealership in my experience. The customer service is extremely poor. These guys do not understand the meaning of commitment. I have had numerous negative experiences at the service center. Once I needed to have a minor auto body work done on my Mini. They said it would take 5 business days to complete. My purchase was a comedy of errors from the beginning. At the initial visit my SIGNED contract stated a certain monthly payment with .9% interest only to be followed by a phone call saying a (huge) mistake was made. At delivery, another snafus occurred with the interest rate because of he type of loan I chose. "OOPs, we forgot to inform you, sorry." Half of the referral fee promised was sent.
