We had a problem with our Mini because a side window broke and had to be replaced. We used Safelight and a local gas station to fix the problem. Somehow the low tire indicator stayed on. Jim Christ drove our car to Princeton Mini himself (which is where we had purchased it) and had the problem fixed at no charge. Couldn't ask for more!!!!!!
Extremely excellent service. I am very impressed. My car is still within waranty and the brake light was on. I left a message on the service phone and got a call back in 3 minutes. The service manager and frontdesk were incredibly friendly, considerate, and they genuinely care about their customer. I have been to 4 MINI dealers so far and they are the VERY BEST. Five star dealer, exceptional.
This is a very friendly dealership staffed with highly competent staff. The new MINI was delivered in perfect condition. Though there was a misunderstanding at one point during the sales process, the issue was quickly solved to everyone's satisfaction.
Princeton Mini received all 5's because for us they met our needs. We were able to take advantage of specials because Marlon called and told us about them. He also searched and found the car we wanted. On the day of pick-up, everything was super easy. Overall, a great, efficient, and polite group of people.
Had a great experience with Mini Cooper of Princeton. I purchased the Mini Countryman which is my third Mini, second car that I had bought from the Princeton dealership. Lenny Shmulyarenko was a great salesman to work with. He was very friendly and also helpful with explaining the vehicle's functions. Excellent Sales Experience at Princeton Mini!! Diana, my sales rep was courteous and helpful, as was Jim the manager. Diana went above and beyond to earn a new, very satisfied customer. This is my first Mini and my experience could not have been any better. Diana's knowledge of the Mini was remarkable. The finance man, Mike, is the best of the best. Their follow up is superior. This has been my dream car for a very long time. When I called the dealer I spoke with Marlon Matamoros who is a great listener, polite, knowledgeble and helpful. I made my appointment and was actually there before my scheduled time and I had no wait. I would highly recommend Princeton Mini and Marlon to anyone.
Well I don't usually do this but. These people went Above and beyond my expectations. Dan in particular worked tirelessly to get my financing right at payments I could live with. I feel like I bought a car from my brother. Everyone treated me with respect and open friendliness. I got such a good deal I bought my wife a Mini convertible. WOW hands down the best dealer in NJ.
