"Easiest car buying experience ever!" Just traded for my first Mini and it was the easiest and stress free car deal I have ever made. Sam Hall and everyone there was friendly and easy to work with and they all appear passionate about the brand and about customer service. No pressure or games just pleasant people to work with!
"Top notch service every time" The service team here is always on their A game! Dan Wirick is such a pleasure to work with and is always friendly, but direct and efficient. He always has excellent communication with me while my car is being serviced and never hits me with surprises. Super nice guy to work with!
"Great experience!!!" I recently purchased a used mini from Sam Hall. I had the most laid back experience! No pressure to buy at all. All Sam wanted to do was make sure I was on the right car for me. "Maintenance Service " Dave Joseph helped me with my maintenance service. He was very professional and easy to talk to. In addition to maintenance, I had a small scratch and he placed an order for me which saved so much time! I highly recommend Dave! I first met Bill Harada when I purchased my mini. My parents and I still appreciate Bill’s kindness. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Bill is my “go-to” advisor at mini!
"Walked in to look, ended up buying" Wow they must be super great at sales if I was just going to look and walked away with a Mini...no major sales push from them. Everyone I encountered, including Bill, wanted to sell a Mini because they drove one and loved it. Not because they HAD to sell it. I never felt any pressure to buy and was only given personal experience as their sales technique. First time Mini owner, but already know I will be a Mini driver for life

"Min 5 door hardtop" Bill was great to work with. He helped us with ideas that fit our budget and followed up with phone calls to keep us aware of everything going on during the purchase process. He also followed up after we purchased the car to make sure everything was going all right.
"I Love a Mini" I purchased my first Mini in 2010. As most Mini customers know it's hard to part with your first Mini. Kate Bryan made my 2nd buying experience seamless. After a lot of back and forth (on my part), Kate was able to find the Perfect Mini to take the place of my original Mini.
