"Friendly, no pressure, no haggle" We bought a car from Mini St Louis. It was an enjoyable experience. Bill was easy going and answered all our questions. There was no pressure. It was a cash deal and we did not have to spend 45 minutes in a cubicle trying to agree on price. The price was fair.

"Best Dealership "Ever"" In all of our past experiences of purchasing a car, we've never ever had such a great experience as we did with our recent purchase of a 2018 Mini Cooper S. The dealership, salesman "Bill Harada" and "staff" members went above and beyond the call of duty to please us at 100%. Bill Harada definitely knows the ins & outs of a Mini Cooper; meaning if we had a question, he had an answer for us. We'd consider him an "asset" to the company.
"Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy" Everyone is alway helpful and knowledgable. This is my third new car and it was just as exciting as the first car I purchased here. No pressure, just lots of info. Nobody got tired of my questions. One reason besides the car is the service has always been great. I live 100 miles from the dealership but I still want to come here for service because of the efficient service I receive. Bill Harada and Mary McDonnell are the BEST!!!
"No appt." I love this dealership- always consistent friendly service. My check eng. light came on, On my 2014 Ford Escape that I bought from them. I called and spoke to Dan in service. he got me in that day with no appointment and had me on the road 2 hours later. They also found a turn signal bulb out & replaced it right away. They really try to help you. Keep up the good work. While waiting I met Bill & he talked to me about new models & options..very nice guy as well.
