"Reasonable and fair-" While browsing used car lots on a drizzly Sunday we came across a used Mini Countryman that caught our attention. "Professional, knowledgeable, and friendlly" From the beginning our interactions with Mini od Dutchess were helpful, professional and friendly. Every question was answered and every concern was addressed. I am so happy that we purchased our mini convertible. Spiro followed us and guided us through the purchase. "Jacqueline kosack" Jacqueline was extremely helpful in my purchase of my first mini. She was never pushy and answered all my questions and concerns. I was extremely happy with my entire experience at the Dutchess dealership. Jacqueline checked in a few days after my purchase to see how everything was going and offered to help at any point with any concern. She wasn’t just working for the money but because she wanted to help people be happy with their purchase. She did just that for me.
