"Professional and Friendly!" We were looking for a car for our daughter and Jacqueline made a stressful process much easier for us. We had the whole day blocked out to look at cars and Mini of DC was our first stop. Jacqueline was easy to talk with, very patient and didn't make us feel pressured to buy.
