Tyler D Tyler D sold me a car with no tags and plates. I was told I will to getting new plates and tags in the mail after I paid all the processing fees and it will be good for two years. I received used plates and tags which I later found it belongs to AUDI car holder according to DMV agent. I still have not received my new tags.
Worst Customer Service Never ever will buy car from them. Worst sales person and worst experienced customer service.

Mini's are not reliable The service was great. Rachyl who helped me was wonderful. But your cars are terrible. I have sunk thousands of dollars trying to keep this car running. It is the worst brand of car I have ever owned from a reliability POV. I will never recommend a mini to anyone. It has 90k of mileage and I have probably spent $15k trying to keep it running. Love how it drives. It's not dependable at all. I had to have the engine rebuilt twice. And much more. Can't understand how Mini stays in business.
Bob Cittadini and Mini of Portland dropped the bal I came into the dealership to purchase a vehicle, took it to my mechanic as agreed, and came back ready to buy after a noise issue was resolved. I emailed bob stating that I would like to buy the car, he acknowledged my email saying that the car would go in for repairs and than be ready within a couple of days for purchase. Lack of follow up. Made an offer on a car, a salesman followed up within a few hours. I made an offer and he stated he would get back to me, which did not happen. Guess that means they didn't accept it. I really think they could have taken the time to send an email and say, "no". But that must have been too much for them to accomplish.
