Jan 18 I just wish I could have gotten a 2 door Cooper for a lender car. The door openings are bigger than the 4 doors.

Great on time service Overall I am very happy with the service provided me at MINI of Portland. The service was prompt and professional. When my service was over I asked if someone could take a min. and help me program my key fob to my personal preferences. The fellow that was helping me at the time went to ask if anyone could help me, both in the service dept. as well as the sales dept. and that was much appreciated. Good service, TERRIBLE waiting environment. Good experience with service and vehicle cleaning as always. HOWEVER, as Mini of Portland does not provide loaners for standard service and therefore require customers to wait for a couple of hours (or more if additional actions are required i.e. new tires etc) to have removed comfortable seating and a waiting area just to sell more clothing and luggage BLING is a very poor decision. Those bench seats at the window are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the area is cold with the service d... read more

Fast and on time! I arrived a few minutes early and they got me started right at my appointment time. I was quoted a repair time of 90 minutes (as long as no other possible repairs were identified) and my repair was done and I was out of the door in 90 minutes.

Earl Bond mini owner I have had two different experience for the last two services, the first service my car went missing for an hour, found an employee took it out for lunch and a drive! Then when I asked for the location of my car I was lied to and they said it was being washed, car showed back up unwashed parked out front. I was so angry that this took place, it felt like my car was stolen then returned. customer review I would have appreciated the dealer calling mini usa about an issue with my car that is not covered by warranty/recall but four of the ordinary. They were kind enough to give me the contact information, but I will have to call them and hopefully understand the issue enough to discuss it with them.

?????? I had a NEW motor installed. Three days after taking the car home the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I called Mini they saud TO BRING THE CAR IN. I explained I live nearly 135miles away and WAS NOT GOING TO DRIVE THAT DISTANCE WITH THE LIGHT ON IN A BRAND NEW ENGINE. They then sent a fellow to pick it up. I was sure they were going to pick it up with a flat bed tow truck like previously. They did not and he drove it back to Portland. mini service it's almost perfect. I had engine spark problem about 1.5 years ago under warranty. I just had the same issue came up. I was curious why I have the same issue again. I was told that the fix out of warranty has 2 years warranty but not the fix under new car warranty. I feel that it does not matter whether it needs to have the same quality of service. Not impressed... This review is twofold due to the buying process question. We originally bought our mini several years ago and it was the absolute worst car buying experience we ever had. The finance person was a nightmare trying to really push the extended warranty on us. He made it so unpleasant we almost walked out but after complaining to the manager they had someone else finish up the paperwork and they were much better to deal with.
