Good Service, lacking in communication I recently upgraded my 2 door Cooper S to a used 4 door Clubman S and love the car, but the communication with the dealership has been less than I was expecting. The original person we dealt with in Sales (Lance) was actually pretty bad, to the point that we decided to not purchase a car here but David took over and was great to work with.
