Personable experience Krista was all I could have asked for in my experience as an anxious and unexpected car shopper. We spent nearly 5 hours together researching and finding the perfect car for me. This included multiple back and forth trips to their car warehouse, unconditional patience with me and listened to my wants and needs. Mini is my car home for life.
My 4th Mini! Zack was super helpful, knowledge and supportive finding me the right next Mini! The whole staff were super friendly too! It was my first time at Portland Mini and would definitely recommend.
Listened I had previously been to another dealer and didn't feel like I was being listened to at all! Buying a car is a big decision and not one that should be taken lightly, so I wanted to be heard and not dismissed. Krista didn't pressure me into decisions and had an open ear to my needs and wants. Great experience! Worked with Paul to purchase a new Mini Cooper S two weeks ago. We had a great experience. He was never pushy, and answered all of our questions. I believe we got a fair deal. Family is loving the new car!!!
Very friendly After shopping at multiple dealerships looking for the right car, Krista was able to get me into a car that fit my needs and style. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on different features in each of the cars on the lot. Overall great experience from walking in the door to driving away in a new car.
