First of all, when we bought our car we were shifted around from one sales person to another like we didn’t matter. When we were brought into the financial office to close the deal, that’s where they hit you! My head was spinning and I left in tears. I walked out and almost didn’t buy the car. They don’t ask you if you want all the extras, they automatically include them and if you question it or try to opt out of the extra service charges they belittle you. September 29,2020 — I took my car in for service to have something looked at and was told by the service technician, “Sorry we acknowledge the defect but we are not going to fix it. Mini has not addressed it so we consider the problem “normal””. I will not be returning. The sales people are super nice but once they sell you a car I guess they just let you sail down the river. Good thing this car is a lease! Two more years and I will move on to something else!

Inquiried about a used car after I paid off a car at Toyota of Mount Laurel did not get a return email or any questions asked . They boast all this no contact stuff but can’t follow through you lost my business I was ready to buy

They’re trying to take advantage of my mother for services. One tells her she needs service done the other says no. Then they telling her she needs bushings a $1200. Told her this after getting the car detailed. Seems they always find something & it’s $500 a pop. Car is not that old. Why didn’t they find these things when it was under Warranty

Horrible experience purschasing a car. Made a deal with Mt Laurel for a new Mini Cooper. Was suppose to receive a check as part of the sales agreement. Each time I called to find out where or when I might receive the check I was told to leave a msg. Spoke to two Sales Mgrs and could not get any answers. Even spoke with someone named Victoria (sales mgr). Who was going to look into the matter and call me back with any information. Never heard from Victoria. Bad customer service.
