Cars have high style but horrible performance. Need to be repaired frequently. Expect to pay 3 times in repair bills what you pay for other cars. Service at this dealership is horrific. Do not buy or lease a car from them.
Very disappointed with the quality of the car and the lip service from the “service” department over the course of three years. Took a HUGE loss on a car that I was hoping would last but ended up costing way more than it’s worth. Drank oil, constant tire pressure issues, engine light issues, spark plug problems--twice, costly basic maintenance and ended up with the need to replace engine. I wanted put a 1*, however there was a sales girl Victoria who spent some time with me talking about the clubman. My car was towed here (an hour from my home) this morning for a flat tire. When I arrived Judy said they would do an oil change as well. I called prior to arriving this morning to schedule the oil change as well. I arrived at Mt. Well I bought a used mini I was told was completely safety checked. I had a warning light and went to my mechanic. After only 1800 miles eighteen hundred miles i needs brakes. They are down to rivets. Also the battery is bad. 1800 miles. I do not use i much but brakes should not go in 1800 miles. Nor a battery. I must wonder now if it was very safty checked. Curious to me! I have owned my mini for 12 years now with minimal service needed. I took it in for a new clutch today and they quoted me over $1000 more than the mini dealer in Bala Cynwyd! They also stated I needed my flywheel replaced, when that could not have been determined without pullong the transmission. I was disgusted by the fact that they tried to take advantage of my not knowing what I needed done. I will never take my car back there. Do NOT trust them - they push extra labor to jack up the price!!!
I am so disappointed with my experience here. I didn't feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Maybe it's because of the way I looked or my age but it almost felt like I was being discriminated against to be honest. The first thing I noticed was that my salesperson Rosanne did not shake my hand or stand up when I first walked to her desk. In utter disbelief, I must leave a review (something I rarely do!). Long story short, I was quoted $1800 for two new tires and a new power steering pump. I am so glad I decided to take my car elsewhere because all I ACTUALLY needed was a hose that costs around $40. This place is a complete rip off, never taking my mini back here again.
