Took car in Tuesday morning. Told us they needed to get a part and the car would be ready Wednesday. It’s now Thursday afternoon. Still waiting for vehicle to be ready.
Just don’t purchase an extended warranty. They will not honor it.... I purchased both the extended maintenance and service plan on my MINI. Was supposed to receive five years or 100,000 miles. This week it was towed 135 miles for a repair only to discover that my warranty, which should have expired on January 4,2019 was no longer valid. Have been in a few times looking at the countryman for the wife and we are ready to pull the trigger and going elsewhere because of an employee of tgeirs that likes to leave reviews on other peoples business pages being rude and trying to hurt their name.
While they treated us well, we were not presented with the “as is” until we were signing paperwork. I later found out even though I was told they checked it out, I had no horn. This is 1) illegal and 2) dangerous. Thanks MINI for almost causing us a serious accident. Never go back here again.
Avoid this place like the plague. In the 2 1/2 years I’ve had my car that we bought from here, my check engine light has came on around 6-7 times. Haven’t spent probably 4K in repairs not including standard maintenance. Do yourself a favor and buy a actual quality car and not some piece of junk. (Car had only 13k when I bought it as well so it was still pretty new) This place is a nightmare.
The staff here are super unfriendly! Seems to be a lot of turn over and now I know why. No one ever greets you or introduces themselves to you. Don't ever expect for your phone call to be answered or returned. Just simply a terrible dealership all around.
I just purchased a 2010 Hardtop back in March. Taking it in to have a few things checked out and after that I'll give my honest review. I think Allison and the crew will take care of me. I had a slight tick the other day that is not there now. I've read up on it that there is a TSB on the timing chain and tensioner. Hopefully that isn't the problem. UPDATE. Dropped my Cooper off this morning. Was in and out in a loaner in no time. Ricky called to go over what they found and what they recommend and I couldn't be more pleased ... read more
