Minis are amazing cars to drive, but the amount of issues they have is asinine. Had mine about two years and it's been to a mechanic about 5-6 times for copious amounts of reasons including as I write this review. Side note: when I was sold the car the guy who took me to test drive it mentioned it was a "special edition" car.... when I looked it up a few weeks later, I found out that what he called "special edition" is just a bunch of decals you can buy from mini website.� Updating from 2* to 1* after the recent issues I've ... read more
MINI's "Roadside Assistance" is a complete joke. Been waiting for 2 days for them to come tow my car.

My Husband bought a Sion XB at this dealership under the impression it had been inspected and on the agreement that taxes and title would be included. When he gets it back to Cincinnati the breaks are grinding so we have them inspected only to find a 1/2in deep groove in the rotor and the brake pad is worn flat on one side like it had been put in crooked, needless to say they had to be replaced. I am at the end of my lease. Mini sent me a lease end packet that said I am to take my car to the dealership for a "pre lease end inspection." This way if there is anything that needs to be fixed, repaired etc prior to lease end it could be done and not cost me as much or my insurance might cover it. The first time I was told mini of Louisville does not perform this service that they send the car off to New Jersey for inspection. We were potential easy buyers. Went in told them what we wanted, they said sure we can get that car for you. Well they did but want MORE for it than the sticker not counting taxes, tags, license and delivery. Thank you so much for wasting not only our time but also our time without a vehicle.
