my daughter take her car to fix it thy supposed to fix it and the car still doing that same she make appointment to take back and someone named Jonathan tell her they going to let her use one of they cars on that day because we don't live in the valley when she get to the shop they tell her they can't let her use a car that means she can left her car in the shop because she need to comeback home that's why I don't recommend

This used to be a GREAT dealership for Mini owners. However, they have started charging $20 for a loaner during service appointments. I fear this is just the start of more of the same "nickel and diming" we would get from other vehicle brands.

Wanted to make purchase in parts department and no one was there. Service advisors ignored me. No one asked if I wanted assistance. Spent 20 minutes outside looking at pre-owned countryman. Again I was invisible. I guess I will have to shop elsewhere for my next MINI.
