LOVE Mini of Charleston!! Russ was the BEST! He helped me custom my Mini CooperS 4 Door Hardtop and I’m in LOVE WITH IT!! He let us know where it stood in production, when it arrived at the port and had it flipped through detailing before I could even call him back to let him know I would be there the next morning! They had it in the showroom to display for me when I arrived. And Russ took the time to explain every single button inside too! This is my 4th Mini and by far my most favorite yet! Thank you Russ!!

Best experience ever!! Jimmy, Mary and Alex were amazing! They all listened to our concerns, accommodated us as one was in a wheelchair, were very efficient and best of all they were HUMAN. I was only there to help my friend buy a car as sadly he doesnt know alot about vehicles he just needs it to work with his wheelchair. He ended up purchasing a 15 Mini Cooper 2 door that was exactly what he had been looking for. He traded a 16 Prius in. They put the car on the lift for me to inspect underneath on a Saturday! So I have had my mini almost a month now... definitely the best experience ever. Every single person I spoke to there was amazing. Friendly. Top notch. They found rebates for my car after I purchased it and sent someone in person from Charleston to Columbia for me to sign paperwork to save me money. Seriously. What other dealership does that?
