My 2019 Mini Countryman received its first service on Monday, October 7. The team was prepared for my arrival. My service advisor, Stuart, did an excellent job getting the car into the service bay. It took approximately 1.5 hours from the time we arrived until we departed. They ensured there were no updates. They was washed and cleaned the interior. i highly recommend Mini of Charleston, SC.

Yes, but my initial experience was less than perfect. I drove two hours for a 10AM appointment for brake pads and A/C recharge as no one in my area had the necessary machine to fix my A/C. I dropped off my JCW at 10:15 and took their loaner. Called at 3:00 for status and was told car just went into shop at 2:30PM. Why did I have an appointment for 10AM? Car was finally finished at 5:30 and I was surprised at the cost for just pads and an A/C recharge was almost $900. Ed Ward in service was great and answered all my questions... read more
