Great Service, Prompt, Super Clean David was very courteous, prompt. He is a great addition to the service team. He let us know exactly what was being done to our car and the BMW team had it ready before it was estimated to be ready. Friendly, competent and professional every time Wonderful, friendly and professional service from the moment I drove into the bay from the time I left. I often bring my laptop in and work while they repair my car. The waiting area has cappuccino, snacks, fruit and plenty of drinks.
