The reason I am a customer I came in around noon on a Saturday with a concern regarding my thermostat readings - no error message, just my own observation - and I was treated with respect for my concern and without prejudice that I arrived without an appointment. My concerns were addressed/alleviated, I was offered a free carwash (!!!), and was given proactive scheduling information come the end of my warranty.
Pain-free check-in, prompt and thorough service Check-in was incredible pain-free! The consultant was very patient with all my questions and politely answered everything I asked of him. I really felt he was there to help me. When I picked up my car EVERYTHING on my list was addressed and done to my specifications.
