New Team at Mini of The Woodlands I took my Mini in for 1st Service. Found out that a new ownership group has taken over. They are excellent. My service guy, Nolan took care of me from the start. He introduced me to Sales, Brian and the Manager. Asked about some of the features I was not familiar with in my Mini, and Brian said, ?How about I give you the new car introduction.? He took all the time I wanted and showed me capabilities of this neat little car! Just a great new dealership team!

Mini purchase Experience was excellent and salesman Dustin Anderson was knowledgeable far beyond normal. This is my fourth Mini and the purchasing effort was by far better than the other dealers I used for the other 3.
Mini Cooper maintenance It was very easy to schedule and have my Mini Cooper serviced.
Mini Countryman Service was good. I worked with Tanner for a long time to find my mini. Sunday afternoon at the dealership was a little slow, as there was only one finance person there, but otherwise the service was good.
Seamless experience selling my car I recently sold my car to AutoNation. Their offer was the best amongst all dealerships that buy used cars. The process was very simple and seamless. The customer service was excellent as well. Highly recommend them.
Exactly as Pictured - Nice Experience Great communication from sales person and when I got there car was exactly as described. Very happy with purchase. My only complaint is their detail crew did a sub-par job on washing/cleaning the exterior. Even though it was a used vehicle I still spent quite a bit on it - I found the car and let them know I was coming to buy it. Easy sale. The least they could have done was a nice detail. Other than that - I was very happy with experience.
Great Expierence! Wonderful experience, buying a car is usually one of my least favorite things to do. I can honestly say, this was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. They have earned my business!
