Wonderful Car Buying Experience Absolutely wonderful experience today at Mini of The Woodlands. Our sales associate, Cole Sandoval, was by far the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. Cole was very up front, honest, and communicated very effectively. He understood what we needed. The deal fell through due to problems on my end. Teamwork that gets you motoring I truly appreciated the communication to both myself and amongst each other from those in service and out in the garage. Professionalism. The Woodlands location has always exceeded expectations whenever a serviceable event has occurred. Very early on I wasn’t sure about my buying decision of a fun car over a more senseable one, now that I am two years in I see that I am getting the best of both decisions.

Good but need some improvement This is my first service experience with Mini of The Woodland for changing the break fluid and routin maintenance. To me, a two-hour wait for a routin maintenance is TOO LONG. Is it a standard practice? Facility is clean and comfortable, but coffee machine is out of the order & snack bar is missing. I have been to other Mini dealerships, and I believe the one in The Woodland can use some improvement on their hospitality.
