Great service All the work done on our 2010 X3 has been great. The staff here are very helpful. Our Service Advisor, Anthony Moore; took care of everything. Great guy. Our car still runs great service is very good at Long Beach.
MINI S Coral Red This was the most positive and easy car buying process I've ever experienced. Edwin was knowledgable and easy going. He made sure they held the car I wanted until I got my insurance settlement check, which was unexpected. Even the finance portion was easy and didn't take a long time. Everyone from manager, sales and finance were helpful and friendly. They made me feel like part of the MINI family. Also I gave a full stars for repairs as I took my previous car there and had good experiences.
Awesome experience I had an awesome experience at the BMW dealership in Long Beach. Kip Lee, sales associate, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and was upfront and honest. I made my purchase of a preowned mini after I have had to test drive a couple of different cars. Purchase on a 2017 540i Gus, Dante, and Robert provided the best car buying experience! Gus as the internet sales manager provided clear expectations and was very welcoming when we arrived.
