Great Service Advisor Anthony in-service was great! The two ladies in the service department were terrible. Phoned in three times to get status on the car. Got transferred once , put it on hold for 10 minutes second time, and hung up on the third. Yes I was pissed.

2021 X1 Lease Customer service was excellent. Sarah and Brooke showed determination in finding a vehicle with the features that I was looking for. I was completely satisfied with the process. My only complaint is that BMW no longer offer bumper to bumper warranty and service. This is my sixth or seventh lease car with BMW, but I?m not happy with the need to purchase additional coverage for maintenance. For this reason I?m not sure if I?ll continue to lease/purchase BMW?s at the end of this lease if this warranty/maintenance ... read more
