always pleased The service at this dealership is always great. I came in for maintenance and Bryan was able to address a few of my concerns. I didn't plan to get a loaner but he was able to get me a loaner since there was no shuttle service avaiable. I had my car back by the end of the day, on a Saturday, with a skeleton crew. I always feel welcome and at home at this dealership- like family.

Another Great Service Experience I have purchased 4 BMW's over the years from this dealership and the service has always been outstanding. I recently had my 3 series in for work and my service advisor, Bryan Morgan, did his usual outstanding job. My loaner car was ready when I got there, and while the repair work (paint) took a little longer than planned because it was a tricky 3 stage metallic paint, it was outstanding when done.
