Awesome Service and a great new facility! Took my 2011 3series in for some minor sensor issues and a hesitant accelerator problem my service adviser Brian Woolverton was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He recommended the two warranty issues (one that covered the accelerator problem and saved my a boat load of $$$) and handled the routine maintenance... in and out in one day with no hassle or fuss. Highly recommend Long Beach BMW for all of your BMW service needs!

Low pressure sales Aaron Murray was my sales guy and was great. He never pressured me into buying just what was on the lot. He listened and made sure I got the car I wanted. I ended up ordering a four door electric blue MINI with the options I wanted. Even though I ordered it, he gave me a good deal where other manufacturers dealerships would refuse to go below MSRP on orders.
