I bought a 2017 Countryman S All4 and it's GREAT! Thanks to Rob Hill for helping me through purchase #3 from Knauz. My husband and I used to hate buying a car because of all the haggling but buying from Knauz hasn't been that way at all. That's why we've been back three times in 16 months. Now everyone in the family has a MINI! We love the cars and we love the staff at Knauz. Would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a MINI. Even if it's not the closest dealer to you, make the trip because it's worth it!
From the first visit with zero pressure from Rob to the delivery where Cole went through every feature/function, the finance team was quick and efficient, I haven't had a better car buying experience. The Mini Countryman All4 S is an amazing little car and I look forward to putting on many miles! I felt I received a great price and Knauz has earned a customer for life!

Rob Hill, Cole, and everyone else made our trip from Wisconsin worthwhile. We are delighted with the car, the trade-in, all aspects of the service. Two improvements I'd suggest: clearly identified customer parking and a receptionist. In each showroom to welcome customers and provide preliminary information.

I am very pleased to have purchased my vehicle from Knauz Mini. I am from out of state and talking with Rob on the phone and working out the details was actually a great experience. I had never test drive the Mini Cooper before, but had eyed it for quite some time. I had about 6 weeks to test drive and secure a new car. This was only the second car I had test drove. Took it out and learned lease pricing over an hour or so Wednesday. Came back and drive again the following day and left 2 hours later with my Mini Cooper Convertible. Straight forward! Never felt the need to explore other options.
