I bought a Countryman sight unseen and I was help by Gerson and Paul they are amazing help me with the whole process send me all the pictures and I found ask for. Gerson even pick me up from the union station. The process at the dealership as quick and easy I have a great time driving my MINI back home I would recommend to everyone
I brought my 2018 Countryman in for service on a minor but confusing situation Having dealt with other dealerships service departments in the past I was not looking forward to this. I could not be more wrong Eli took excellent care of my problem and I had a loner waiting for me while they fixed the problem….
